No! You can book the Salt Lounge or HaloSauna on their own, or add a session BEFORE a facial, or AFTER massage.
For both, come as you are- you'll stay fully dressed in the Salt Lounge; we provide robes for the HaloSauna. If you're more comfortable in your own clothing, we recommend a bathing suit or lightweight, breathable clothing.
Yes! Both spaces are perfect for enjoying some downtime with a friend. Our Salt Lounge and HaloSauna can accommodate up to 4 guests, subject to availability.
If you're pregnant, have a heart or cardiovascular condition, take medications that affect heat tolerance or hydration, or have another medical concern, check with your healthcare provider before usins an infrared sauna.
